We are looking for a Bookkeeper who can independently take care of the financial administration of mainly our two biggest entities, called INDG and Grip. As bookkeeper you ensure that all administrations are up-to-date and correct within our Group.

Under supervision of our Financial Controller, you will take care of the administrations and ensure that all revenues and costs will be reported correctly, accruals are spot on and accurate and payments are taken care of in time. An important aspect of this role is to help improve and implement processes and to create more efficiency and minimize risks. A strong skillset in the ICT related Finance area is required. In this role, you will work closely with our Financial Controller and Finance Director. Our Finance team further consists of a Business Control Director, Project Controller and Business Controller. What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

What will you be doing?

  • You will take care of a smooth Accounts payable process (payments and communication)
  • You will post the invoices in our ERP Paprika
  • You will take care of the accounting of other small entities within our group in e-boekhouden
  • You will process bank receipts
  • You will process creditcard statements
  • You will process expense claims
  • You will reconcile multiple general ledger accounts during Month End Close
  • You will take care of our monthly VAT- & ICP-declarations
  • You will contribute in setting up financial processes and participate in improvement projects inour Finance department
  • You will coordinate legal topics with our external legal office

Job requirements

Would be great if you have…

  • Professional credentials (at least a Dutch HBO or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • A good understanding of accounting and controlling
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
  • A very structured way of working and documenting
  • A proactive and dedicated approach
  • A personal drive to keep improving processes
  • English proficiency, in speaking and writing
