We are looking for a CFO / COO to join our team of amazing tech and CG talent. Someone that can both manage a complex financial structure, look at our operations and be a strategic sparring partner to the rest of the organization.

Financially you know where the organization stands and you constantly challenge and confirm using key metrics. You excel in a fast-paced environment that is customer focused. In your role you respond to every opportunity for growth using data insights.

You will also look after the operations as a whole and ensure those run smoothly and profitably. You are responsible to consistently deliver high quality output, enhance the efficiency of our operations without losing enthusiasm and creativity within the teams and facilitating continuous growth. Furthermore, you are held accountable for designing, implementing and securing processes and metrics which establish scalable operations that enable us to continue and build our success and lead to securing our position as a global player.

As our CFO / COO you have experience working in a SaaS company and you understand the structure of such an organization. As our CFO / COO you support both INDG projects and Grip.

What's INDG?

At INDG we develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Our offices are in Amsterdam, Bucharest and New York. Clients include adidas, Yamaha, Puma, Electrolux, Honda and Philips. Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them.

What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalising on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. Clients include Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, Beiersdorf, Heineken and Reckitt Benckiser.

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • Lead, coach and inspire the Finance team
  • Be a strategic partner to the business and guide on capital financing options to support company growth needs
  • Advise and challenge the company strategy, resources, and processes.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the company. Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and our company policies.
  • Responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc insight in SaaS Metrics, analysis and reporting
  • Measure and and evaluate business metrics to improve performance
  • Facilitate company growth and culture through effective organizational development, operations and processes.

Who are you?

  • Minimum of 5 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS business. 
  • Experience in SaaS metrics and subscription based services.
  • Masters degree in Finance; preferably Finance & Control (RC)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting and finances
  • Experience with raising a VC round of financing with investors
  • Team player, strong leadership skills, communicative, data driven
