We are currently seeking an Digital Consultant and Account Manager to support successful engagements and deployments of the Grip platform with existing and potential customers.

As an Account Manager at Grip, you will become the expert in our web-based software, and you will show an in-depth knowledge of its features, capabilities and characteristics. The main responsibilities of this job will be consultative selling, account planning and account management. This position will be remote in Paris or there is an option to relocate to our office in Amsterdam.

What’s Grip?

Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s fifteen-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.


What’s inside Grip?

One can imagine that Grip is rather complex: it needs to render things quickly and photo-realistically, which presupposes some heavy engineering. But it’s not just that. Companies like Nivea or L’Oréal produce thousands of products and images in tens of countries. The relations between everyone have to be managed within Grip. Who sees which images? Who’s eligible to call shots on creative aspects of what is being produced? Which countries should access which 3D products? It is a sophisticated system and so it needs sophisticated software development.

What you’ll do

  • Be a subject matter expert for the Grip platform and learn how to best apply the platform in different industries to support the individual client needs.
  • Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the GRIP product suite
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver onsite and remote training to align Grip with the client’s processes and objectives.
  • Lead customers through decisions about the way they will configure and use Grip
  • Assist customer in the on-boarding (deployment and roll-out) of Grip into their business
  • Develop strong customer relationships that enable GRIP to become a trusted advisor for our customer’s executives.
  • Leverage industry expertise, technology solution knowledge, and consultative sales techniques to influence client decisions, create value, and meet immediate and long-term business requirements
  • Gather business requirements from client and translate into solution design according to client needs and scope of GRIP products/services.


About you (and Nice to haves)

  • You're likely to have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Industrial Design, Interactive Media/3D Animation or relevant working experience
  • Experience as a digital consultant or client service role within the advertising, marketing or digital industry
  • You're passionate about new emerging technologies and or live and breath design visualisation with impeccable eye for detail
  • You've gained experience in SaaS B2B business
  • Ability to present to multiple audiences, through a variety of methods, demonstrating deep knowledge of customer business priorities by actively shaping the offering to align with customer requirements
  • Experience with typical startup tech applications (PM tools, Slack, Keynote, etc)
  • Ideally French written and spoken fluently
