Our office in Amsterdam is looking for a Medior Digital Designer: a digital thinker, a multidisciplinary creative talent who can help our international clients (A-list brands) transition from traditional media to the new digital reality. What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalising on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

Working as a Digital Creative, you'll be joining our INDG team. 

Responsibilities

• You will take full responsibility on the design direction and execution of high profile projects for our most valued customers.
• You will work closely with the Creative Director and other Senior Creatives and will be responsible for a wide range of interesting projects, overseeing junior designers and freelancers as well as presenting to clients. 
• The design-related communication between all stakeholders will be your responsibility. This involves both internal and external communication. 
• You will coach the juniors through the design process by inspiring and challenging them and reviewing the quality of their work.
• You translate creative ideas into user-friendly designs, which are compatible with the technology used.
• You must keep an eye on the details to ensure end-to-end quality.
• You will be challenged to work within certain constraints such as budgets, assets and time, in order to turn your creative concept into an effective strategic approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• High quality portfolio that shows online excellence – Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed
• Ability to come up with original, inspiring and innovative concepts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A resilient, flexible and stress-resistant attitude
• Professional, ambitious and dedicated
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in UX tools and 3D is preferred
