About INDG

At INDG we develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Our offices are in Amsterdam, Bucharest and New York. Clients include Adidas, Yamaha, Ralph Lauren, Electrolux, and Philips.

Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them. At INDG we believe our clients deserve the best service we can deliver. 

What you’ll do

As an intern, you will be an important player in our People team. Within the team, you will be actively involved in various HR activities, that are of current importance to the organization. You will have your own responsibilities, and your opinion and ideas are taken seriously.

You’ll work side by side with every member of the People team, so you’ll have a good opportunity to learn about everything we do. For 2020 we’d like a bigger focus on our employer brand, culture and EVP, we would really like to show our future colleagues what it’s like to work here.

There’s two parts to this role. First of all the hands-on aspect, where planning, scheduling andmanaging of various HR-activitities play a big role. Next to that the project of researching or developing our employer brand strategy.

During your HR Recruitment internship you mainly focus on

  • Employer branding and how we can be seen as great employer
  • Posting on socials and help develop a process for where, what and when we post
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Sourcing candidates and create talent pools of hard to find candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Reviewing and helping in update our current job post listings, share ideas for improvement
  • Project: Research Employer Brand, Culture and EVP, develop a strategy on how we can improve ours or come up with a nice topic yourself!

Job requirements

A bit about you

  • You’re looking to start an internship in February or September 2020
  • 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student at a University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Relevant studies are in HR, business administration, International Business or Psychology
  • You’re creative and a strong coordinator. You’re open minded, you like to share your ideas and can structure your thoughts well
  • You’re self-motivated, have a high attention to detail and you’re full of life
  • Creative company, small office vibe, CG being the forefront of disruptive technology
