Junior Project Manager (Fashion)

Job description

At INDG we're looking for a (Junior) Project Manager to join the Fashion vertical. Someone who oversees CG imagery, 3D/2D animations and experience projects from start to finish for the some of the biggest names in the Sportswear, Fashion and Luxury industry. Our clients include big names such as Adidas, Puma, LVMH, The North Face, Crocs, New Era, Speedo, Berghaus and Tommy Hilfiger, just to name a few.


The ideal candidate must have a background in the fashion industry. It is essential to have a strong passion for digital technology and CGI, but also a love for product to successfully manage projects that hit the brief, flawlessly. In addition to managing projects, we’re looking for someone who’s always focused on building and enhancing the relationships with our clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the integral connection between our clients and our studio
  • Manage multiple projects with varied scopes, complexities and requirements
  • Carefully manage project budgets, resources, time & reporting
  • Manage numerous production teams, simultaneously
  • Confidently manage stakeholder expectations and commitments
  • Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlines
  • Building and enhancing the relationship with clients
  • Building expertise in CGI delivery
  • Weekly resource planning in alignment with studio
  • Supporting sales processes in project scoping and drafting quotes

Job requirements

What does it take to do the job?

  • Experience in a similar role in a fashion, CGI or other environment
  • Experience in the fashion industry (apparel, footwear, accessories)
  • Familiar with product creation and go-to-market processes is a plus
  • Experience with managing projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of traditional project management methods
  • Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
  • Highly structured way of working and documenting
  • Fluent in English, preferably native
  • Extra bonus points for experience in CGI
  • Always have the client’s best interest in the forefront and decision making
