Lead Designer (Marketing)

As Lead Designer within our INDG Marketing team, you have a proven track record for delivering captivating digital designs. You have an inspirational portfolio demonstrating your strengths across branding, user experience, web, interaction design and motion. Consistently producing rock-solid work, you are ready to take the lead on your projects. You’re a natural collaborator and comfortable leading and mentoring other designers to get the job done right.

As our Marketing team is newly established, we’re looking for someone with a growth mindset to set things up from scratch and build out our marketing capabilities for the future.

We develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Clients include Puma, Crocs, The North Face, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Acura, Bang & Olufsen, Electrolux and Philips. Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them. Job requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Create, refresh and execute the vision for INDG’s design & branding.
  • Drive the brand positioning and creative direction of INDG.
  • Establishing the overall design vision, philosophy to drive brand awareness.
  • Align and collaborate with the Creative Producer and provide daily support on visual content needs for marketing.
  • Lead the design, creation, concepting, and implementation of INDG projects across paid and owned channels.
  • Establish design vision and processes.
  • Manage the workload for the team and provide overall vision for brand campaigns.

Would be great if you have…

  • A degree in Graphic Design or other relevant education
  • 7+ years of commercial design experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of brand design and design trends
  • Have a passion about brands, machine learning, the metaverse, and the future of the digital economy
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Experience with motion design, illustration, or 3D considered an asset)
  • Fluent English written- and verbal skills
