Consistently producing rock-solid work, you are ready to take the lead on your projects. You’re a natural collaborator and comfortable leading and mentoring other designers to get the job done right.

About Grip

Grip is a one-of-a-kind content creation software that is used globally by brands like L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, and Beiersdorf. It helps automate their content production efforts while incorporating existing brand & photography guidelines. Simply stated we generating endless high-quality visual content, at scale, on-demand – ensuring an entirely consistent, always on-brand output in the click of a button.

Since we started in 2017, we've grown a lot! By now, more than 50% of the top 10 largest FMCG companies are working with Grip. We have offices in Bucharest and Amsterdam, with around 200+ people and counting. OUR ever-growing team works from remote from all over the world – the US, Singapore, Brazil, South Africa and everywhere in between.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and execute the vision for Grip’s product design & branding (check our status ➔ here)
  • Drive the brand positioning and creative direction of Grip
  • Establishing the overall design vision, philosophy to drive brand awareness
  • Spearheading the design and marketing efforts of state-of-the-art B2B software product
  • Lead a team of designers, in the creation, concepting, and implementation of grip project across paid and owned channels
  • Lead design teams and establish design vision and process
  • Manage workload for team and provide overall vision for brand campaigns

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Degree in Graphic Design or relevant education
  • 7+ years of commercial design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of brand design and design trends
  • Have a passion about brands, machine learning, the metaverse, and the future of the digital economy
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Experience with motion design, illustration, or 3D considered an asset)
  • Fluent in English
