Unity Artist

Job description

At INDG, we are looking for an enthusiastic Unity Artist that can individually produce high quality models based on 3D-model input and reference renders and add those to the existing libraries. This job is for either our Amsterdam or Bucharest location. 

INDG has created several applications for various motorbike brands. In these applications, the users can choose their favourite bikes and customise them with materials and accessories. Due to the popularity, new parts and bikes are being added weekly! On top of that, environment work will be done to create new studios to present these models in.

We are looking for someone with an eye for quality to continuously improve the look and feel of these bikes/parts/environments. In addition, you need to have the technical know-how to update and improve these Unity models and add new parts to the existing line up. Next to Unity knowledge and a feel for shaders and colours, some basic knowledge of 3dsMax is required to implement the models and accessories. Knowledges of, and passion for motorbike(parts) is a plus!

All in all, INDG is looking for a Unity Artist that can take the current quality of assets to the next level, and help expanding the ever-growing library of bikes, accessories and environments.

What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalising on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • Work with the latest in Automotive models, and prepare them for usage in online configurators
  • Deck out bikes with a vast array of new parts and accessories
  • Create various prefabs and logic setups for parts and packs
  • Investigate and create new Unity shaders & materials to continuously improve the look and feel of the models

What do you need?

  • An eye for detail and quality
  • Unity knowledge and experience
  • A good understanding of, and feel for shaders and materials
  • Basic 3DS Max knowledge

Knowledges of, and passion for motorbike(parts) is a plus!
