At Grip we are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our growing team! As a Head of Delivery you will be end responsible for the health of the delivery organization within a vertical, ensuring run-mode client contact is executed in an efficient, profitable manner that ensures client satisfaction, as well as building team happiness of the delivery organization.

What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.


Job requirements


What will you be doing?

  • Run “run-mode” deliveries, ensuring working stock and backlog size are correctly maintained
  • Assign internal project managers/coordinators/support to projects as needed, ensuring a correct fit in terms of personality and skill
  • Skill up the internal team to continuously increase speed, efficiency and quality
  • Aggregate data from all endpoints to create comprehensive overviews and status reports to the vertical lead, proactively suggesting areas for improvement
  • Manage the delivery team happiness and workload, actively seeking to create balance and continuously finding the best possible fit for projects and run-mode operations
  • Jump in on any delivery task needed, from top level strategic to data wrangling, to unblock the process wherever gaps may occur
  • Provide run-mode clients with clear communication, either via dashboards or meetings, and discuss potential improvements in the collaboration
  • Identify and fix process issues in the delivery organisation and work with the head of professional services at improving tooling, taking a direct hands-on approach (no “journalism”)
  • Liaise with the vertical lead, production studio and senior management on supply/demand challenges, process and data management improvement and automation



Would be great if you have:

  • Experience (Green belt, Black belt) in running lean and/or lean six sigma projects, using data-driven analytical methods to improve processes and create meaningful results for the organisation.
  • Experience and proven skills in leading teams during tough times as well as in good times, coaching, holding salary and feedback conversations.
  • Clear and concise communications to internal parties and clients
  • Decision-making skills
  • Project management skills and able to keep track of timelines, responsibilities, as well as end results.
  • Knowledge of CG production, the chain of operations that comes with it, and graphical background / knowledge of the graphical design
  • Fluent in English
