We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Project Coordinator who takes ownership for the delivery of all projects we run for one of our key client. As a Project Coordinator, you will be hands-on and work closely with our clients and our internal Project Management team as well as 3D Production Studio to assure spotless delivery. You will work close with the client and translate their business needs into defined project scopes and ensure delivery. We are looking for Project Coordinator who has experience in managing multiple complex CG projects and understands production (preferably artwork/packaging).

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • Support Project Management team in multiple CGI and AI projects from kick-off and client on-boarding to delivery in Beauty & Luxury
  • Track and collect input required for projects
  • Break down the work into tasks for the production team 
  • Ensure deliverables are correct and delivered on time 
  • Ensure your project stakeholders are kept up to dated on the correct project status
  • You keep an eye for risks, plan in advance, always think proactively


Would be amazing if you have:

  • About 1 year of experience as Account Manager/Project Manager role
  • Strong experience in organazing and structuring projects as well as delivery, preferably within the digital industry and/or 3D production (artwork/packaging)
  • Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
  • Highly structured way of working
  • Have true respect for deadlines and strong sense of ownership 
  • A plus if you have experience in Jira 
  • Fluent in English
