We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Sales Development Representative that will be part of our Grip team!  Working as a Sales Development Representative in Amsterdam (or remotely), you will be focused on contacting potential new clients for GRIP.


You will identify interesting new potential business and expand our knowledge on our current markets. You will be in direct contact with potential clients, explain Grip and qualify them to client criteria. You will push leads forward through the pipeline and present potential opportunities to the sales and account team.

With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Generate and qualify leads (e-mail campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develop and support campaigns that are executed by the Grip marketing team to support pipeline growth.
  • Manage your own leads: utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop as well as maintaining your pipeline.
  • Drive the initial sales cycle to attain new business: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualifying, leverage available resources, and transition the lead to the appropriate team member.
  • Results are measured by scheduled appointments and business closed.
  • Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities SalesForce.com correctly, work together with the relevant account manager or product expert as necessary.
  • Support by being an active participant in account planning. You will be the future candidate pool for transition into higher level sales roles


Would be amazing if you:

  • Completed relevant education and a minimum of 1 year experience B2B sales position.
  • Passionate about the world of digital solutions.
  • Professional verbal and excellent written communication skills in English
  • Excellent probing and listening skills.
  • The ability to convey information and analyze prospect requirements.
  • A strong work ethic; self-directed, pro-active and flexible.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn while doing.
  • Aesthetic notion and affinity towards Beauty and Luxury
As a plus: 
  • Knowledge of software / SAAS / web based applications or creative/3D solutions.
