We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our Marketing team at Grip. As our Senior Designer, you will be leading the creation of visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand's presence. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to every project, leveraging their deep understanding of design principles and trends to create impactful content.


As a senior member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our brand, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our strategic goals and brand identity. What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and execute creative projects for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, website and landing page designs, social media visuals, and so on.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that all designs effectively communicate the desired message and meet strategic marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • Stay abreast of design trends, competitor activity and industry best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of our marketing content.

Job requirements

Would be amazing if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing design across digital media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and the digital media landscape.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Experience leading projects and providing direction to junior designers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
